  • Accessible Yoga

    Not sure if Yoga is for you?

    This gentle movement class is accessible to all. We may use a chair, a wall, blocks or other props and ingenuity to adapt poses for folks who may feel excluded from “traditional” Yoga. This centers people in older bodies, bigger bodies, disabled or differently abled bodies or just want more support can fully practice Yoga.

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    Ready to sweat?

    Beginner or Advanced, this class has dynamic movement that will get your heart pumping. We flow with breath to movement and listen to up-beat music. Feel the groove as we use Yoga For All techniques to build up to more challenging poses, building strength and balance.

  • Yin Yoga

    Need some peace?

    De-stress with calm movement and restful poses in silence or set to serene music.This class is a pause in your day to slow down and reconnect with yourself. We rest in poses supported with Yoga For All techniques for several moments to allow our bodies to reset.

  • Meditation

    Have trouble sitting still?

    Try on a variety of meditation techniques to rest our brains including: guided meditation visualization, various breathing techniques, and chanting. Meditation builds focus, serenity, and mindfulness. You will NOT be asked to just be still and silent for a whole class.

  • Self-Massage

    Feeling tight/sore?

    Listen to your body and comforting music as we relieve tension and relax muscles with the use of foam rollers, blocks, tennis/massage balls, and massage hooks and your own body weight. In group or partner classes you have the choice to learn techniques for others as well as yourself.

  • Dance

    Ready to move?

    Learn Ballet, Modern, or Improvisational dance at your level. Feel good moving your body in gentle beginner moves or advanced choreography. As a professional dancer and dance instructor of 10 years I can guide you through gentle exploration of a new style or serious coaching to hone your skills.

 

Zoom Requirements
